Suggest Treatment For Temporomandibular Joint
For about 4 months I have been experiencing tmj although I have not been diagnosed by a specialist. For the last 10 days I have unbearable shocking in my face. The same side as tmj.I am only drinking liquid for 10 days. I read it might be Tn. Is there anything I can do from home without having a MRI ?

I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have pain in Tmj area , dont worry , you do is Avoid wide opening of mouth,
Take soft diet ,
Do hot water formentation on painful area of face ,
You can take analgesic One tablet Myospaz forte once daily for one week
You can apply ointment Diclofenac sodium twice daily on painful area of face .
You should consult dentist and go for Oral examination and Oral prophlaxis
