Your repeated urinary infection suggest that the antibiotic you are taking are not effective or there may be some obstruction in your urinary track like kidney stone or ureteral stenosis. Hence your urine should be tested for culture and sensitivity and appropriate antibiotic should be given. You also need an ultra sonography of abdomen to rule out some pathalogy. As you have suffered from kidney failure earlier it is better to get the opinion of a nephrologist also.
