Suggest Treatment For Thick Vaginal Discharge,itching And Burning Urination

I ve been using meth for almost a month, not daily however I do use it atleast 4 day s a week. I am also kind of having sex with someone who has been using it for two years. I am experiencing some common yeast infection symptoms such as itching, burning while using the restroom and thick discharge with some bad smell to it. What do I need to do? I m very worried and never been through a problem like this.
