Suggest Treatment For Thickening Of Bladder After Having Kidney Infection
Hello. My daughter is 13 yrs old w spina bifida and basically everything that goes w it. My concern right now though is her bladder. She has the neurogenic bladder so is required to cath. She had her surgery to b able to cath through her belly button. The apendovesacostamie thing. I know not spelled any where close to correct, sorry. Everything has been so great w it. Until Feb of this yr. She ended in the hospital w a kidney infection and just 4 days ago had staight blood coming out when she caths. 4 different drs later, she's on antibiotics for infection and one is saying that this is all do to her bladder changing. Waiting for infection to b gone 4 further testing but ultrasound is showing thickening of her bladdder. She is on ditropan 20 mg each am. Ok question after all that, sorry, what can the thickening lead 2? I'm praying not 2 a bag.....
