Suggest Treatment For Tremor In The Limbs And Stiffness In Muscles

ABOUT MY PROBLEM

Sir/
This is Ramesh male 30 years from INDIA. I had poison (MONOCROTOFOS Pesticide) in 2004 may 22 because of my personal reasons; I was joined in YASHODA HOSPITAL, MALAK PETA HYDERABAD/AP/INDIA because of that hospital staff negligence on the 13th day about 3am oxygen had come down. Doctors told me in that incident my small brain both cell lightly damaged got paralysis on my left side but I got shivering on my right side, I was in coma for 1month. When I came out of the hospital after 20days my mouth musicales had strcucked.even i did not open my mouth fully. Because physiotherapy stimulation treatment that problem some what solved. I got lot of stiffness on my neck left side of my body but I got shivering on my right side of my body. Even I can't write and have food. Because of that I m speaking with low voice, there is lot of difference in my gait there is shivering my hands lips total body, it has been counting since 2004.IM mentally 100% ok.
Now my problem is I am speaking in a low pitch.shevering in my total body, now I am not speaking properly, I am not walking properly even I can’t stand properly. Total stiffness of my body especially neck. Since this problem has been continuing 2004....I went to many hospitals but I didn't get any improvement, I head recently there is a treatment for this problem that is called DBS (DEEP BRAIN STIMULAION).sir I consulted dr.Rumap neurology professor in NIMS HYDERABAD(INDIA). that doctor told me there is 20%sources to get recovery .some times life risk also there for that DBS treatment I dropped to get that treatment.. is there any advanced treatment for my problem. Please inform me
NOW THESE ARE THE PROBLEMS WITH ME
1. Shaking or tremor of an arm, leg, hand or foot lips and total body both sides
2. Moving slowly
3. Stiff muscles
4. Trouble with balance
5. Problems walking
6. Can’t write even single sentence
7. Not being able to stand up straight
8. Voice comes in a low pitch
9. Tightness on my head
10. Shivering in my total body
