Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have recurrent fibroid and that cause excessive bleeding.
I would suggest to consult the authorized gynecologist.
You can also try
GNRH agonist injection
Progesterone containing IUCD
uterine artery embolization
Radio frequency ablation/destruction of the fibroid

Take healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Hope this may help you
