Hi, I sometimes experience flutters above my belly button and am light headed as well . sometimes i slap myself in that area and i burp and it seems to pass but today i have been having it all day. I take nexium 40mg for reflux once a day . thank you

Hi...it can be due to indigestion...instead to nexium try a ppi with levosulpride combination... it with be more effective for both cases...
