Suggest Ways To Gain Weight With No Help From Intake Of Endura Mass

Hello Doctor , My question is that i m a 19 year old guy and i am very skinny. My weight is about 50-52 , my hands are very skinny and legs too. I started taking endura mass to gain weight but all it was giving me was a bump on my stomach , nothing else. I ve been taking it past 3 weeks + It also gives me some kind of sleepyness during the day. What should i take to increase my weight fast ? :x

• Salad with olive oil dressing
• Desserts based on milk and dry fruits, milk puddings, steamed fruit puddings etc.
