Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

I m suffering frm obesity. Want to loose 7 kg. For marriage. Tried almost everything like dieting, sliming pills, yoga, aerobics n also followed diet chart but couldn t get result. My reports are normal. No thyroid or other disease. Pls tell can ayurveda help me to achieve my goal.... if yes then how? ?? Which way? ?? Pls help

I can understand your concern for your problem of obesity .

Dear ,somewhere weourselves are responsible for this problem by being careless about our life style and food habits .Thus we invite not only obesity but many more health problems related to obesity .

Tackling obesity is not too tough. You don’t need to subscribe to expensive treatments to reduce obesity or to be completely cured. There are simple home remedies which can give you an absolute cure from obesity.

Keeping a strict eye on your weight is imperative in these times .Lethargic habits begin to develop and the individual loses his interest in running, swimming or healthy activities .
1.To prevent obesity, there is no better option than physical exercise. Brisk walking is the best exercise to begin with.

2.. Honey is considered to be an outstanding home remedy. Make a mixture of two teaspoon of lime juice, one teaspoon of honey, in a glass of hot water, add some pepper to it & have it regularly the first thing in the morning.
3.The golden rule of weight loss is never to skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day and helps to provide a steady stream of energy all through the day. This, prevents unhealthy snacking.

4. Stop nibbling between meals. Train yourself to have less food. You will enjoy living on a reduced diet. Instead of eating only 2 meals during the day like lunch & dinner, try to eat 4-5 more small meals spaced 2-3 hours apart during the day. This helps to increase the metabolic rate of the body.
Lemon juice with war water before every meal helps cut extra calories .

5. Your diet should include fiber , skimmed milk, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes and carrots. They are low in calories, but high in vitamins and minerals and have real food value. Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods that fill you up. Eat a tomato & cabbage salad for breakfast. It can bring about fast weight loss.

6. Spices like ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. are good for losing weight. Drink ginger tea 2-3 times a day. It is also a good remedy for obesity. Try to eat 10-12 fully grown curry leaves & mint leaves every morning for 3 to 4 months . Mint tea also helps .

7 .Constipation is mother of all ills , So be carefull to be regular in clearing the bowls .
.Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
