Suggestion To Control Masturbation

I am at age of 28 years and i had i practice of doing mastutbution from last eight years.and also from last 3 years sometime i am doing masturbution from same sex guy. Each time i am trying to overcome from this bad habbit but i cannot do it , i don t know what happening in my mind, what i don t want to do its happneing, also I am always under depression, tension, i had a problem of headache, backpain doctor told me that therewas bend in my backbone, i had eye problem ( eys are paining) chest pain, also stomach problem. Please help me to overcome from sexual habbit
