Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Suncken Crown. On Major Diet Change. Consult Doctor?
I'm a hair dresser and was cutting my 40 year old husbands hair, I noticed that on the back side of his crown that 1inch deep and 2inches wide, the crown has suncken. I'm a bit concerned because over the last few years he has hit weight lifting hard and has had a major diet change that I thought was for the better. Could you please let me know if I need to talk him into going to see a doctor, or if this is normal Thanks Peta
I do not think it is a call for concern. considering the fact he presents with no signs and symptoms of nervous tissue damage, it ok. It would have been a problem if he complained frequently of headaches, visual difficulties, had some seizures or fits. I this case, there is no problem and You really need not worry under such circumstances. I can reassure you all is well, provided no signs and symptoms of neurological lesions have been registered.
Thanks once again and best regards,
Bain LE, MD.
