Surgery Done On Right Breast, Having Drainage,still Have Stitches.
my sister had surgery done on her right breast, about 3 weeks ago, and she has gone in at least once a week so they could re stitch her cuz she kept having drainage... she hasn t been back in a week, and is healing fine, and hasn t had no problems... she still has her stitches, and she was wondering if it would be ok to start her tanning again....

The mild discharge from the stitch line is likely to be due to a reactionary fluid drainage from the site. She can go in the sun for tanning but avoid swimming till the stitches are dry.
