Swelling And Bruising Near The Eye After An Injury. Have Dizziness. Concerned

Hi, I knocked the front of head last Friday on the edging of a caravan while camping it swelled and bled and resulted in mild bruising on the spot and my eyes.... I thought not much of it and have still trained for martial arts twice this week... the monday was fine but since Wednesday i have had a bit of dizziness. should i be concerned?

Dizziness can be related to mild concussion and should resolve on its own in a few days. For relief of symptoms, you may take betahistine tablets.
