Swelling In Vaginal Area, Tingling Sensation In Labia Minora, Boil On Buttocks. STD Test Negative. Will I Get Better?

Hello Doctor,
My name is stace. I have no medical insurance and i am worried. Okay quick history. I am sexually active. I only have 1 partner. Last weekend i had sex no condom. Big mistake i know. After sex, i noticed swelling in the vaginal area, which i thought was normal. Okay, earlier tonight around midnight or so i go to take a shower and immediately felt a burning sensation. I thought it was from the soap i was using or too much friction with washcloth to cause irritation. I used A&D cream it felt like it was working. Twenty minutes go by and i started to feel a tingling sensation on the labia minora. I looked and it was swollen and tender to the touch. I was wondering what might be the cause. Prior to this incident i was dealing with a Boil on the upper right part of buttocks that i was dealing with for 3-4 days which finally burst yesterday and was wondering could that have been a contributor of the swollen labia. Im 28 years old female i did have a std test earlier this year and was negative for everything.
