Swelling In Vaginal Wall. Sores On Labia Majora, Itching, Stinging Urination. What Could These Mean?

Hi, I am a 26 yr old sexually active female. Over the course of the last 3 days I have experienced some swelling on my vaginal wall. This was showed up after having sex until I was no longer adequately lubricated. Just yesterday I noticed the discomfort an swelling had gone down however now I ve noticed there are two very small open sores on my left labia majora . Initially, there was localized itching in this area then some slight stinging upon urination . As of right now the area is slightly swollen, flat and open with a lingering tingling sensation. I m very concerned as to what these symptoms could mean for my health. Please, your professional opinion/advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks for the query to hcm.
Since you mentioned that all these symptoms are after sex contact without any lubrication so may be due to .
1 Traumatic injury as this will spontaneously heal within 5-6 days, if not sex during this period .
2 The next reason may be sexual transmitted disease , diagnosis can be can be confirmed by blood examination for VDRL test.
3 Chlamydia trachomatis is another most common cause producing such type of symptoms .Diagnosis can be confirmed by McCoy test.
4 Herpes is another most common cause .
In my opinion as I mentioned above take rest ( avoid sex till sores heal ) , still all these symptoms present consult a gynecologist and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in such type of cases.
