what are signs of angina? I have fibromyalgia,woke up with "freeze" like sensation at back of my head on right side only, additional problems were present on entire right side of body only: swelling, numbness of upper extremities, pain in lower back, knee, ankle. then mild facial numbness progressed to ear and right side of face to the nose

Typical angina is described as a heavy, squeezing sensation behind or lateral to the sternum, that patients describe as "an elephant stiing on the chest", that is ellicited by physical activity or stress, relieved by resting or nitroglycerin. Nevertheless, many patients, particularly women, present with atypical chest pain features. Pain that lasts seconds to days, worsens with movements or respiration, and can be reproduced in the surface of the chest wall is rarely originated from blocked arteries of the heart.
