Swollen And Tingly Shin After An Injury In Gym. Is This A Cause For Concern?
I slipped off the elliptical at my gym and banged the outward facing side of my shin about an 1.5 hours ago. Now its really swollen and tingly. Will putting ice on it suffice? Is there a chance this could be anything serious. Its the tingly feeling that's concerning me.
Seems like blood clot has developed at your. Chin. Kindly apply ice, compress it a bit and take anti inflammatory med like voveran or brufen. If it dsnt get better after aday consult a surgeon
