Swollen Ankle, Unable To Bend Foot, Have Scoliosis, Cervical Neck Issues, Knee Pain, Calf Pain, Blood Clots. What Does It Mean?

I have had swollen ankle ( r ) leg for extended time. I recently drove to Florida and back where I did a lot of walking in flip flops or sandals. On the drive home i could only drive about 2 hours tops. Cant not bend knee or lift foot more than about 6 inches. I have a computer job and when I get up my knee locks in place. I fell down stairs after trip and my right leg went underneath me, I was x-rayed and confirmed that there are no broken bones. I have scoliosis in back with end plate spurring confirmed by ct. I have been in extreme pain for about a month now and don't know what to do. I also have some cervical neck issues from along time ago but I cant remember which ones. I am heavy not morbidly obese. I have insurance and have met deductible but my company is changing to new company September 1 and will have to meet a 1500.00 dollar deductible all over. Doesn't include physician co=pays. Help ? Until June there was no knee pain also calf has been a shinny color, also doppler was done to r/o blood clot

Hi, it appears to be the arthritis , it needs to be treated so i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have mri of the ankle, for diagnosis.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe injection of neurotropic injections containing vit B1, 6, and 12 , for 10 consecutive days and ofloxacin, and antiinflamatories. Advise him to keep the foot up while sleeping .
Thank you.
