Welcome to HCM.
Pain,swelling is due to soft tissue injury and collection of blood inside.
Apply ice pack 3 to 5 times a day.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Local application of nsaid gel will be helpful.
Avoid any extra movement of that hand.
Avoid exercise,sports activity till get complete cure.
It will cure within 7 to 10 days otherwise go for x-ray and proper medications under guidance of orthppedician.
