Swollen Glands On Neck, Pimples Over The Neck, Chin Pain. What's Wrong ?

Three mornings ago, I woke up with swollen glands on my neck . A day after red looking pimples showed up over my neck where the bumps were from my swollen glands. A day after, under my chin , it started to ache as well. I then got a few more red looking pimples on the other side of my neck. And now my right side glands are starting to ache when Im not even touching it at all. Whats wrong! Help!

Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
it looks like an evolving infective rash with reactive lymph node enlargement due to infection , which are tender/ painful.
you should consult your doctor to get evaluated for the rash.
