Swollen, Itchy Labia And Small Little Bumps On Vagina Near To Urinal Tract. No History Of Having Sex Since 3 Weeks. Advice

Ever since sunday (its now thursday) I felt a little uncomfort on my privates. I checked and it felt like a little pimple that hurt (as if it just came out) I was a bit worried but let it pass. Days past and I noticed that area was a bit itchy so I put on a cream I got ages ago for yeast infection ( i put it on in hopes for it to stop) then nothing seemed to happen and when i touch down there my left labia feels really swollen but only the left one and it feels itchy and uncomfortable and when I touch it also feels a bit rough, dry or hard :S I tried to check myself and it clearly shows that its swollen an it looks like I have three little bumps on the swollen labia (not like blisters though, they look like they are hidden inside but can be seen as a lil bump from the outside). It's freaking me out cause it's really close to my urinal tract. I haven't had sex three weeks before this happened :L

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection at near your urinary opening giving rise lumps and swelling on the part.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Go for a course of antibiotic to clear infection.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
Clean the part daily while taking bath.
Ok and take care.
