Swollen Lips, Redness Close To Inner Part, Bumps Which Are Red In Color, After Kissing. STD? Suggestions?

I am quite worried about a reaction 5 days after kissing someone.
My lips got swollen, with redness close to the inner part, and little bumps, most of which were red, one was white bumps, and the next day there was a white bump on my tongue as well. It has now been ten days and I don't see much, but experienced general itching around the lips while it was getting better. I am scared about STD/allergic and incubation or reoccurance.

Hi, it appears to be the aphthous ulcer , or a bacterial infection, or a viral infection with secondary bacterial infection, to be confirmed by the blood tests.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe, ofloxacin, and ornidazole, lacticacid bacillus, and antiinflamatory drugs. Thank you.
