Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you are having an excruciating pain at the site of the injury, a bone injury is likely. AN INFECTION IN THE AREA ALSO NEEDS TO BE RULED OUT AFTER A DIRECT EXAMINATION AND PROPER INVESTIGATIONS.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
