Swollen Lump On Ankles With Bruising, Pain, Pricking Sensation On Touching. Ultrasound Showed Inflamed Ligament. Worrisome?

I have had swollen lumps on my ankle for a week, much more swollen now and red bruising. Ultrasound person said inflamed ligament but I now have two red hot spot lumps, one on my ankle and one behind my knee , severe pain and if I touch the swelling on the top of my foot I get pins and needles in my toes I am now concerned

I would suggest you to get following investigations.
1.ESR,CRP and Ra factor
2.Serum B 12 estimation
3. MRI of the ankle if possible
These tests will give us idea about status of your ankle, If there is any fluid collection or synovium hypertrophy of the joint. Treatment can be done accordingly.
