Swollen, Painful Back Around Shoulder Blade Filled With Fluid Followed By Pressure, Severe Pain In Ear To Collar Bone To Jaw Bone. Help

About a week ago I noticed that my right side of my back was swollen and painful around the shoulder blade and felt like it had fluid in that area. A few days later my right started hurting and i felt pressure. For the last two days my ear has been throbbing with severe pain and from my jaw bone to the collar bone is swollen and feels like a water balloon. I have done ice packs, massage and Aleeve to help with the swelling and the pain but it s not helping at all. The pain seems to be worse at night at and lightens up a little in the morning

Greetings of the day
It appears that you have developed muscle sprain.
If there is swelling there could also be hematoma. Suggest you to see your physician

Take care
