Taken Primolut To Stop Periods. Have Uterine Fibroid. Taken Progyluton And Primolut. Periods Not Stopped

taking primolut N from 3 days for stoping my periods i ve started this on 6 th day of periods doctors wants to shorter my cycle but now its 4th day and my periods dnt stop i m worried my age is 25 and i ve fibroid in uterus wall my periods get so longer doctore advice me to take progyluton and primolut each tablet for 20 days but i m worried its 4th day and its not stopped??

Thanks for your query.
If you have not responded to the therapy, you should consult your doctor soon.
You might require tranexamic acid or a therapeautic D and C to stop the bleeding.
If the menorrhagia from uterine fibroids is uncontrolled and severe, even surgery ( removal of the fibroids ) maybe indicated.
Please consult your doctor as severe bleeding could lead to anemia, hypotension and other complications.
