Taking Glycomet For Diabetes. Prescribed Ayurvedic Insudin Capsule. Safe?

I am a diabetic since last 3 years where fasting is 157 and pp is 218. I am currently taking 2 tables/day of Glycomet 500 sr . I have been suggested to take Insudin capsule WHICH IS AYURVEDIC MEDICINE . I do not know about this product. Please advise whether this can help to reduce the sugar level? As I understand from the web, this is manufactured in Maleshyia

Thanks for the query to H. C. M. Forum.
This product is not scientifically proved , so in my opinion ,you should not take it.
Insulin as such is ,till date, is not orally ( by mouth) effective.
If diabetes is not under control ,use insulin as subcutaneous rout.
