Teenager. Occasional Hyper Ventilating, Tingling And Seeing Spots After Exercising. Athletic. Suggest

15yr old female once in awhile, after exercise like running bases, home plate to first then second, by the time she gets home she is hyper ventilating tingling,seeing spots. only once in awhile not every time and when its very hot. and not all exercising causes this to happen. she is a very athletic girl who plays softball year around.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Hyper ventilation may be due to ,
1 Anemia, so get in examination for hemoglobin level.
2 Asthmatic bronchitis , get pco2 & p o2 ( carbon dioxide & oxygen ) examination.
3 Exertion causes excessive loss of sweating.
While sweating causes loss of sodium & potassium and these two minerals causes cramps and dizziness ( depletion of sodium & potassium) .
So next time keep in mind she get enough water before exercise , with exercise and after exercise with added minerals +
