Tested VDRL And TPHA Positive. Taken Penidure Injection. Explain

Sir
I got test VDRL & TPHA positive (1:640) before two month then Doctor adv. me for pneduera inj. I take that inj. 2.4 million unit three time gap 21 days. After this corse finish an again chek the both test VDRL found non riactive but. TPHA a same result .
I want know that test for negetive hwo long time
So pls advice me wt I do

Let me explain few facts which may be important for you.
As both tests are for Syphilis .
1 Nontreponemal i. e more sensitive , less specific.
Can be negative in primary syphilis in up to 30 % but always positive in secondary syphilis . fourfold changes are considered significant.
2 Treponemal test ( TPHA) directed against specific treponemal antigens.More specific than nontreponemal test & mainly used for confirmation.
Now very clearly you have understand the meaning of these two tests.
