why does my throat tingle after swallowing an ejaculation? even after breakfast and coffee?

It could be due to some congestion,ulceration and inflamation.Do plain warm water gargle.Take care for local hygiene.
Inspection of your throat is must to confirm the diagnosis.
Pl. consult ENT specialist for further diagnosis and medical management.
