Tight Muscle Under Chin In Mornings, Pulling Head Downwards. Suffering From Neck And Shoulder Pin. Suggestions?

Hi. When I wake up in the morning the muscle under my chin is very tight and I have a prominent crease that makes it look like I have a double chin. I feel like this is pulling my head downwards. I massage and stretch my neck by looking upwards to relieve this tightness. I have only had this for a few months now. I'm 48 years of age. I do suffer from neck and shoulder pin which is always on the right. I would be grateful for a diagnosis as m GP was unable to assist okay. Many thanks.

Hi, it appears to be the hyper activity of the nerves of face, or change in the spine like deformity, or bulging of the disc. You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
