Hi im a 17 year old male and ive been having problems with my knee for a while now maybe 3 years! What i am experiencing is a tightness on the back side of the knee with some mostly mild pain! But for the past few months its gotten worse and gets really tight after walking a few steps to the point where i have to stop walking because it gets so tight. It also leaves me with a bit of a limp! Im quite active play football usually 2 times a week
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The symptoms you have mentioned must be related to your football game as you play weekly twice there must be a ligamental injury which is causing such type of attitude. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician and let him examine your leg and they will do some tests to know the ligamental injury if it is confirmed then you must give some rest to your leg and follow the instructions by your treating doctor. Thank you.
