Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The symptoms you have mentioned must be related to your football game as you play weekly twice there must be a ligamental injury which is causing such type of attitude. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician and let him examine your leg and they will do some tests to know the ligamental injury if it is confirmed then you must give some rest to your leg and follow the instructions by your treating doctor. Thank you.
