Tingling, Pain In Leg, Buttock. Experiencing Bouts Of Indigestion. Solution?

I have tingling and pain in my left leg. It happens when I sit down and sometimes when I am laying down. When I stand up the tingling increases and I have pain in my buttock. The sensation goes away after few minutes. I am also experiencing bouts of indigestion which I have not had previously. I am male 47 years old and in good physical condition.
