Tiredness, Joint Pain, Knee And Ankle Pain. High Cholesterol. Arthritis? How To Increase Energy Level?

hi I am 57 and for the past 5 years or so I have been extremely tired, bone weary I should say, I try to eat right , weighs about 135 lbs,. 5ft 4ins tall. cholesterol is very high so I am on statins. joints hurt, knees and ankles, as well sometimes could be arthritis I think ,. seriously concerned about the lack of energy.
