Hello,
History noted. Since she has hard stools, for passing it there will be difficulty.Since the constipation problem has started 3 months back, you need not be worried of any congenital problems. A course of laxatives will help her.Since baby it is always better to get consulted with a pediatrician for detailed examination and then to follow his instructions.
Good day.
