Treatment For Diarrhea And Viral Fever Despite Taking Ofloxacin?

My 3.7 yr old daughter has been prescribed Ofloxacin suspension for watery Diarrhoea that she has been suffering from for the last 4 days. She had viral feaver for 2-3 days prior to this. I donot see much improvement yet in passing teh watery lose moting

Hi

Thanks for your query.
Diarrhea is mostly viral in nature and takea few days to settle.
Maintain hydration by giving ors,lemonade,coconut water,curd,rice porridge,banana.
Give probiotic for few days.
