Treatment For Nausea, Cramps, And Pain In Epigastric Region?

Hi, I am writing about severe epigastric region contraction like pain without any gastric reflux but with nausea. I have had x-rays, ultrasounds and a HIDA scan which showed negative results for any gall bladder symtoms. This pain can occur days or more usually, months apart and does not discriminate against certain foods. IV medications that include those for gall bladder contractions are effective, however this time I have a residual pain in the same area that is constant - a 4/10 and nausea that is not contraction like, but crampy. Once this starts only a visit to the ER can stop it. EEGs are also normal. Bowels are regular and do not change throughout these episodes
