Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your history it looks swelling of soft tissue which can be enlarged lymph node or Hematoma/cyst collection which is fibrosed due to trauma.

Pain on swelling indicates inflammatory process or nerve compression.
I will advise you to do MRI and Ultrasound of the swelling.

You may need further investigation to rule out malignancy.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
