Trying To Lose Weight. Have IBS And Lactose Intolerance. Taking Rifagut, Zentec. Will Nusobee Casein Lead To Weight Gain?

hi. i am 19 years old,female. i am 86 kgs and desperately trying to lose weight for the past 5 months. i have lost 3 kgs with vigorous workout and diet. i have ibs-d. I am currently taking rifagut 550,vibact-ibs,zentec and cibis for the same,as prescribed by my doctor.My dietician has recommended nusobee casein(1 scoop in freshwater,once a day) for ibs and because i am lactose intolerant. My only worry is..will consumption of nusobee casein gain weight?

I understand your concerns. Having IBS and lactose intolerance can be tough and losing weight in the light of these diagnosis even worse. I hope you are doing well with the zentec for gastritis and the rifagut is being tolerated well. I am glad you are working out. However I do believe that you have certain food requirements that you need to consult a nutritionist about, so that you start eating healthy which will make a difference in losing weight.
