The secret in loosing weight is patience. Do not expect to loose weight that took a long while to be accumulated in just a day. You will need to follow a
weight loss plan which can take from weeks to months to years before you can loose some pounds. There are a series of weight loss and diet plans that you can search and download online for free.
But I will try to give you the general guidelines that you can follow (what to do and not to do).
- Do not starve yourself but rather reduce fat/lipid, high calorie meals such that contain a lot of sugar (cakes, bread etc). The fact that you are vegetarian could make things a lot more easier for you. Eat adequately and avoid eating in late hours (anything irrespective of its caloric content) like after 7pm.
- Do a lot of regular daily or 3 day per weekly exercises starting gradually from 30 minutes daily walks to some few hours of intense exercise (this could take months to change so do not hurry). You may get a personal trainer (i.e if you can afford one).
- Eat adequate protein containing meals. The fact that you are vegetarian kind of affects this part.
- Eat adequate fruits
You can practice a monthly weight loss plan by either increasing or decreasing the above mentioned. You can evaluate the amount of weight loss in the month then see if you can go by that rate every month.
You need to be self disciplined to accomplish that I can assure you but if you are determined, then your weight loss dream can come through.
