Ultrasound Or MRI Is Better For A Lump In Breast Of A Child?
My 9 year old daughter has a lump in her right breast. The PA at our Dr. office wants her to have an ultrasound. She said there is nothing to be concerned about, it always turns out OK. Would it be more beneficial to have an MRI? Is that going to be the next step if the ultrasound shows "something"?
