Unable To Breath Out From Nostrils, Severe Headache, Shoulder And Back Pain After Head Injury. How To Cure?

My 87 yr. old father fell last night and hit his head right above his forehead. He now cannot breathe out of his nostrils. He can breathe in. He has a severe headache, neck, shoulder and upper back pain. He had several xrays today but is a little frantic about the breathing. How can I help? Thanks

Dear I think all these problems are related to brain damage do you should consult your neurologist and CT scan have to be done to explore brain.Wish you all the best
