Unable To Feel Any Taste In Any Type Of Food

my father is unable to eat anything due to feeling no taste in any type of food. blood test report shows low albumin and anemia. ultrasound of liver shows coarse echotexture. I onsulted a dr and he suggested pan40, serta, aptivate syrup, b complex syrup and dexorange. as a guess due to dexorange my father is now suffering from severe diarrhea. now i am giving him ciplox tz, pentocid dsr, lomotil anf vsl#3 from yesterday after consuling another dr and as suggested by him. bt my father still 4 stools of loos motion from today's morning please help me in this regard

Hewill be al right in feu days. You have given to many anti diarrheal drugs. Donot give dexorange in empty stomach.It is alright to give antacid like pentacid. Giving bcoplex enzyme preparation is sufficiant. Hewill be normal in few days.
