Uncomfortable Pain In My Anus.
I have uncomfortable pain in my anus and it is worse after going to the toilet, I mostly always have hard stools and constipation and sometimes there is orangy smelly pus, please help ?

you can start with stool softner at bed time so stool can pass easily.You have pain with orangy pus is sugestive of anal fisure.you can apply local anaesthetic oint.eat liquid diet only,high fibre diet like fruits,salads,vegetable soups.Better you go to surgeon for further dignosis and poper treatment.Thanks.
