Hi,I am Diwashish Biswas (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Unprotected Sex With Less Lubrication, Red And Itchy Patches, Flaky. Yeast Infection Or Friction Irritation?
I had sex a few days ago without protection and without a great deal of lubrication. I felt, during sex, that I may have irritated my penis skin without the use of ample lubrication. The next day and the subsequent two days I've had red, itchy patches on the glans and the inner foreskin that are also flaky. I'm thinking that it could either be a yeast infection or friction irritation. My partner has something similar, but not as itchy and more sore as a result of not using lubrication. I ruled out herpes, as there are red patches, not sores, on my penis.

It can be an std . first you should do a Vdrl and Hiv . you can use miconazole cream . if its an yeast infection it will subside in a few days. But to rule out VDRL and HIV is must. your partner also must be treated
