Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Are you suffering from constipation previously?
With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
Persistent constipation may cause anal fissures and piles with predisposes to small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, blood sugar, serum electrolytes, and thyroid profile.
You should take plenty of water, high fibre diet and laxatives containing lactitol and isapgula.
You should perform increased physical activity to maintain gastrointestinal mobility.
You should also take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics and rifaximin.
Take care,

General Surgeon Dr. Rajesh Bijlani's  Response
Hi,
A sense of urgency to pass stools frequently, specially after meals can be indicative of a gastrointestinal infection like amebiasis or giardiasis. Frequently passing stools, specially associated with having to strain predisposes to problems like piles and fissure formation. So this is something that should be treated.
A simple stool examination will reveal the nature of infection. In the meantime, a course of ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole, in consultation with your family physician (as I do not advocate self medication) along with something like ranitidine to alleviate potential adverse effects like gastritis should help.
Let me know the followup.
Thanks and get well soon.
