Urge To Urinate More, Feeling Nauseous, Pain In Lower Back. Relief With Ibruprofen. UTI Symptoms? Possible Cause?

I woke up this morning to urinate and have had the feeling that I still need to go. I was nauseous and felt like I had to vomit and had pain in my lower back. I took 600 mg of ibruprofen which took the pain away. I don't know if I have the flu or possibly a uti. I still have the feeling I have to urinate each time I go. This has been going on for almost 7hrs now. I also drank quite a large amount of Mountain Dew in a short period of time last night(which I very seldom have as a drink). Can this be the cause of what is happening right now? I have been drinking water but still not urinating normal
