Urinalysis Result Showed Pus Cells, Epithelial Cells, Bacteria, Trichomonas Vaginalis And Fungal Elements. Refrain From Sex?

This is what I see in the urinalysis results: COLOR: Yellow, TRANSPARENCY: haxy, Ph Reaction: 5.0, SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.020, BLOOD: negative, PROTEIN: negative, SUGAR: negative.
RBC: 0-2, PUS CELLS: 35-37, EPITHELIAL CELLS: many, BACTERIA: moderate, MUCUS THREAD: few
Remarks: loaded with bacteria, presence of trichomanas vaginalis, presence of fungal elements and presence of sperm cells. What does it mean? Also, I would like to know if it's possible to find sperm cells when I have not had intercourse for 16 days. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear about this not too good urinalysis results. What is your sex? Well, I would suggest that you refrain from sex and get yourself well treated so as to avoid contaminating your partner as Trichomonas can be transmitted sexually. If you must have sex, then please consider using a condom for prevention.

also, try to get your partner evaluated and possibly treated if need be.

It is possible to see sperms in urine even if you have not had sex for 16days. However, this is not very common.
