The presence of fluid is seen in quite a few conditions like: during periods, pregnancy, abnormalities of the uterus, abnormalities of the uterine lining, etc.
Based on your report, it appears as though your inner uterine lining is thickened. This again can be due to some abnormality which has resulted in the fluid accumulation as well. Pregnancy and miscarriage is ruled out, and so leaening about the exact cause will require further investigation.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes
