Want To Grow My Height Up To 5.7. Use Gym Regularly. Do Stretching Exercise. How To Increase My Height?
sir ....i am 21 years old boy....my height is 5.5 inch.....i want to grow my height to 5.7.....is there any way to increase my height,,,,,i regularly go to gym to do cardio as well as weight lfting....please help me.....i also do all strectching excercise and also build six pack with all my dedication but unable ti grow taller ...please help me is there any way to grow taller for me.....
There is an area at the end of the long bones (the bones in the legs and arms) that is involved in adding bone and therefore increasing length and height during childhood and adolescence.
At the end of adolescence this area is no longer involved in adding new bone and unfortuately no further increase in height is possible. This is the reason growth hormone can be given in children and adolescents who need to increase height.
Excess growth hormone in adults however results in increase size of the tissues such as fingers, nose, forehead but height increase.
The weight lifting would help you to build muscle mass and the cardio will help with heart health and general fitness. Yoga and pilates can sometimes help with core strength and posture.

Growing taller depends on heridity mainly and then your nutrition and work. If your epiphysis has fused then growing taller is not possible naturally. If you badly wants to grow taller then can do ilizarov technique for growing taller but it a surgery and the strength of your bone reduces compared to normal and few other problem are there. So weigh the benefits and draw backs and take decision. I hope I answered your question.
